I've been therapeutic lifestyle consultant and board certified acupuncturist for the last 13 years. My studies began in NYC, extending beyond the borders of the U.S., traversing Vietnam and the Brazilian Rain Forest. My private practice in Manhattan focuses on women's health issues, including stress related hormonal imbalances and acute/chronic pain disorders. I blend both Eastern and Western modalities by applying knowledge of nutrition, acupuncture, supplementation and mainstream medicine as it relates to health.

I'm the fertility-health detective
I utilize specific diagnostic tools in profiling your fertility needs. As an acupuncturist, I look for subtle changes and symptoms you may not consider relevant to infertility. These energetic markers could be preventing you from conceiving a child. Frequently, such imbalances won't show up in traditional medical testing. For example, various digestive problems, fatigue, low energy, sugar/salt cravings, pms, all provide pertinent information.

The infertility phenomena
Over the years, distinct energetic imbalances kept reappearing in my clinic. Female patients in their 20's and early 30's with non-related fertility issues, were mirroring energetic disturbances of women being treated for infertility. I knew by years of clinical experience, many of these women would eventually confront the challenge of infertility.

Why is this happening?
The hastening pace of our world is creating a battle field for infertility. We eat on the run, skip meals, work 10+ hours a day, too much coffee and too little sleep. Stress in it's many forms inhibits conception. Am I painting a picture of your busy life?
